    Abstract: This note reports the structure and the determinants of inter-industry wage differences in the manufacturing sector of Taiwan. It was found that market concentrations are significantly correlated with wage differentials. From this outcome we tentatively conclude that market structure is an important factor in generating wage-income differentials.
