Due to lifestyle changes, the ratio of people eating out in Taiwan has been increasing. Therefore, food safety has become much more critical than ever. Credibility is a universal principle for every business. Canlove International Inc., a restaurant founded with the faith of integrity, offering good food to customer and good job environment to employees, expects to bring positive social impact to the society through their business; however, with only good philosophy cannot make the business sustain, not to mention the social impact. With right business strategy, good ideas can be delivered to customers and publics. Therefore, how to create positive social impact through a sustainable business model is a critical issue.
The present study is to analyze Canlove International Inc. and tries to find out the future development. By case study method to know understand the entrepreneurship, business model, strategy and challenge of Canlove. International Inc.
Furthermore, the research will analysis three other successful cases and find out their key factors in business model. This research will review Canlove International Inc. by the key factors, social impact and give suggestions for future development.
